Wipe out technology "The solar storm"

Solar storms are the commotion on the sun, and it is affecting the whole solar system as well. This occurs when charged particles of ions or other chemical elements get into the upper-level corona and then move outwards. It is a succinct description of how a solar storm would affect the world. The process of storms on the sun is visible to the people because its effects are bringing climate change on the earth as well. Solar storm amplifies the polar lights visible on the edges of the Northern and Southern Poles, which can be seen in satellite photographs. The damage from this could be massive, but not nearly as severe as what would happen if they were hit by an asteroid.

Auroral display in solar storm

In one solar storm, you would see the aurora, and these are light bubbles. As the Sun rises during the night, it creates a ‘light bubble’ in the atmosphere surrounding the planet. This light bubble is called an aurora.

The same light bubble appears in all these auroras as well. The aurora that may be visible to you, for example, would be blue and long-lasting. Most people who have never been to North America will have no idea of how beautiful it looks and how many stars it contains. In other words, you should never underestimate its beauty. Another type of auroral display is called the Orion constellation. People who live around Southern Hemisphere may recognize some or all of these aurora displays. The Great Fireball eruption caused widespread auroral displays along with some very powerful flares. NASA solar storm system described that they have recently reported a new active region around Jupiter, called Spheniform Zone of Kraken which now has multiple active magnetic fields.

Reasons for Auroral display in solar storm

The main reason why there seems to be more than just one type of auroral display above the sea level is that the sky is more clear and people have better views than at ground level. But, these observations are incorrect. Only five percent of the clouds formed on the Earth originate from the atmosphere, and that amount is about 0.0002%. This means that the majority of them originated from natural sources and cannot be explained using the current knowledge of astronomy. In addition, many satellites cannot measure their position and the accuracy in these positions is often less than a millimeter per second. All of these reasons cause us to expect the position of storms to change but rarely do they move far from land. Therefore, the fact that auroral displays also change is a bit surprising.

Effects of the solar system on human life

A solar storm has several effects on human life. For example, since the sun’s magnetic field rotates so fast, it causes a large number of earthquakes on a given country’s surface which may cause tsunamis in such countries as Japan, and South Korea among others. Furthermore, the movement of large bodies of water around the planet because of solar storms causes extreme floods, drought, and high sea levels, especially in places prone to hurricanes, land fires, and volcanoes on the earth's surface, some areas have been destroyed because of hurricane strikes. Apart from these effects, global warming would occur, leading to climate change. Lastly, the loss of power from satellites could lead to severe damage to communication systems and information systems which will greatly depend on the Internet.

Production of radio waves with the solar system

NASA solar storms may produce an energy flow known as radio waves which in this case, may penetrate through space and reach our satellites. However, though these are very weak cosmic signals, they could penetrate the earth’s atmosphere to reach the human beings and animals located there. These signals could be used for different purposes, for example, as communication signals for the astronauts living below the International Space Station. Another effect of a solar storm is that it can result in changes in radiation levels, which in most cases is very dangerous for people living in highly populated areas, especially near the coastline.

Human activity with the solar storm

An important point to be highlighted here is that the damage caused by the sun can severely hamper human activity, making things difficult for normal operation. For example, if it is observed, it is noticed that the activities of people that work outdoors are reduced significantly. People no longer have any need to go out for exercise and many others who work indoors will not know the time for the day to start their day. Secondly, those that live close to oceans and seas may experience extreme heat waves and this may lead to extreme suffering and distress. Finally, anyone who lives in a village or an urban area may notice that there are fewer people around their homes due to the reduced numbers of human beings in a certain area. There is therefore a huge danger to be faced. Thus, the importance of being prepared at all times is more essential than ever.

In conclusion, auroral displays are an amazing sight from the skies above. The displays are especially attractive from high altitudes. That said, the aurora displays on our planet are rare and seem to be unique. On Earth, there are about six major types of auroral displays. Scientists are trying hard to understand the source of the most common display auroral displays. We also need to understand more about the causes of auroral displays, since they affect everything in the environment. Finally, it is important to understand science itself so that we do not miss out on any discoveries and understand what the universe is made of.
